These terms and conditions will apply when you access our website: www.marqueesole.com. Before proceeding, we ask you to read and accept these terms and conditions. Please note that by using www.marqueesole.com you will be deemed to have agreed and accepted the terms and conditions contained herein.

It is your responsibility to refer to and update yourself in relation to any changes made. They will come into effect immediately upon posting by us.

The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of www.marqueesole.com and protected by International copyright laws. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of the Site for the sole purpose of placing an order on the Site or using the Site as a shopping resource. All Payments go through PayPal’s https server, and that information is protected by secure socket layer technology (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).

Payment Methods
All prices are in USD unless otherwise indicated.
We only accept payments via PayPal and credit cards on international orders.
We only accept payments from PayPal accounts that are either verified or with confirmed address.
Order will be cancelled and refunded within 48 hours if the payment A/C does not meet the above requirement.
Exchange, Refund, and Order Cancellation
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges except for incorrect items or sizes sent.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges involved on returning items for size exchange.
25% value of the order (except shipping and handling fees) will be charged upon order cancellation.
If you have a PayPal account, refund will be returned to your account immediately.
If you do not have a PayPal account and made payment by credit card, refund will be return to your credit card account via Paypal. This may take up to 30 days to show up on your statement.
If your payment is made by eCheck, refund will only be returned after the eCheck cleared.
Shipping Terms
- We practice a 3-business-day grace period on all orders received before shipping them out. The grace period allows PayPal to have sufficient time on the transaction verification process.
- All orders are shipped by Hong Kong EMS Speed Post with online tracking number, please visit www.hongkongpost.com for more information.
- All orders will only be shipped to the confirmed shipping address provided by PayPal. Please make sure the address is correct and up-to-date.
- All orders paid by eCheck will be shipped after the eCheck payment has been cleared.
- Maximum quantity per shipment: 4 items.
- Multi-item orders involving Current Item(s) and Pre-Order Item(s) will be shipped in the same parcel after the pre-order period.
- Shipping charge is good for one single shipment only. The same shipping charge is required for resending returned parcel.
Packaging
All orders will be double box shipped.
Customs
All outgoing parcels will be marked as gifts at low value.
Delivery Standard excludes day of posting and time spent on customs clearance.
No refunds, returns or exchanges on all items subject to customs charges, import taxes/ tariffs/ duties, customs seizures/confiscations.
Tracking
Online tracking number will be provided to customers to track the delivery status after parcels are posted.
Tracking numbers will be updated on PayPal and sent to your PayPal account’s email. Please make sure that your email address is valid, otherwise, you will not receive the tracking information.
After Shipment
Tenant’s presence at the shipping address is required for signing of parcel during delivery.
Two delivery attempts will be made and if both are unsuccessful, the recipient will be allowed 5 business days to pick up the parcel at your local post office nearest to your shipping address.
If the recipient failed to claim the parcel within the allowed period, it will be returned to us and we will have to collect the same shipping charge from you again before we resend the parcel.
The same shipping charge is required for resending returned parcel.
